Sunscreen

Here we are yesterday attempting to apply our own sunscreen. Nice work. You can also avoid sunburn by following these simple steps...

1. Use a whole half bottle for the necessary coverage on each limb
2. Make sure the application is wiped from hands to ensure even coverage. A spare piece of clothing lying around can come in handy for this.

3. A thick white coating is needed to protect from any sun burn and for preventing further sun damage.
